NEW! Yoga Classes in Lancing.

New Yoga classes are starting May 1st and I've been sent some important questions from my yogis, so I thought I'd share some of the answers here:

When will the classes start?

Classes start May 1st 2019. Please feel free to sign up, so I can email you directly to keep you in the know! Subscribe here.

What classes are you offering?

Monday:

6-7pm Hatha Flow Yoga

7.30-8.30pm Stretch and Restore Yoga

Wednesday:

6-7pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga

7.30-8.30pm Restorative Yin Yoga

 

What facilities are there?

At Unit 6, changing facilities, props, blocks, blankets, a huge space with plenty of room to come to class. 

Once we move to South Coast Gyms: 

A brand new coffee shop, changing rooms, sauna, steam room and parking. The studio is fully ventilated, air conditioning for summer months and heating for winter.

 

I've never done yoga, are the classes suitable?

Yes, Josephine builds the classes so they can cater for a range of abilities. Monday night Yoga might be the best option for you to start off with.

 

I have a disability or injury, can I come?

How much are classes?

Josephine has a number of different packages available. starting with a £9 drop in price and package deals starting at £32 a month. Please check out her class schedule and sign up to TeamUP to purchase classes:

What do I need to bring?

Please feel free to bring your own mat. But if not, there will be a mat for you, plus all other props will be provided. 

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing, that you can move in freely. Feel free to bring cosy socks and a jumper for shavasana(our lying down relaxation at the end of class, aka: the best bit)

What else?

These classes are build to help you calm the mind, connect the body with the breath, ease stress, stretch, strengthen and encourage a general sense of well being.
