Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings...

A slightly more informal video for you today.... Life is busy as I attempt to work about four jobs and get things off the ground, so I thought I'd film my home practice and share it with you. This is a nice gentle flow, helping you ease into your hamstrings and hips. I also like to focus on building strength

through the core(transverses abdominis), so we building deep strength, as well as stretching to relieve back pain and stiffness.
