PREGNANCY YOGA

Josephine is passionate about helping women on their incredible journey to motherhood. 

She studied at the London based Yoga Allicance certified School 'Yoga Mama', leaving with a developed knowledge of Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.

Josephine has set out to develop a deep, yet light practice for her yogis. After long talks with a huge variety of women, she has built a series of classes that help in every area of pregnancy.

She is looking forward to helping and guiding women through this incredible time in their lives, keeping the body supple, fit and breath engaged all the way up to the due date and beyond.

"I am a passionate and  I am determined to help mums-to-be on their journey through to motherhood. 

I spoke directly to a huge range of women and ask them to speak honestly about their journey through pregnancy, birth and after. We talked about what they struggled with the most or caused them pain, emotionally or physically. Also what they cherished and felt grateful for. These conversations, along with my experience and training have been matched together to create bespoke, well rounded classes, building strength, stamina, but also with an opening and stretching of the body. Followed by deep rest and restorative meditation."
